Coffee Equipment
There is a wide variety of coffee equipment available. If you are just planning on having a few occasional cups from home, at minimal you will need a coffee maker, filters, and a mug (as well, of course, as coffee and water). However, if you are opening a coffee shop, you will need more.
Most coffee shops feature industrial espresso machines. Additionally, many of these shops have their own coffee grinder so that they can provide fresh coffee upon delivery from the roaster. Coffee shops will also feature cardboard guards to protect one’s hand from getting burned while taking out coffee in a disposable cup.
Other equipment can include mugs, thermoses, and travel mugs. Some people collect coffee mugs like shot glasses, and the mugs come in nearly as wide a variety. Pieces of furniture such as the coffee table also vaguely qualify as coffee equipment.
